Our MEP Team and Projects
Our MEP team designs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a wide range of building projects, including municipal, education, water and wastewater, industrial, commercial, and community-focused facilities. The team works closely with architects, engineers, and owners from early planning through design and construction, with a focus on practical solutions, energy efficiency, system reliability, and long-term building performance.
What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Minimum of 10 years of progressive MEP engineering and project management experience
Demonstrated experience managing complex building systems projects
Strong understanding of building codes, energy standards, and construction practices
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with industry-standard engineering and design software
Preferred Requirements
Experience with sustainable design and energy-efficient building systems
Familiarity with commissioning, facility assessments, and retrofit projects
Knowledge of Revit/BIM coordination processes
Existing client relationships within the Northeast market
Prior consulting engineering experience preferred
